Response times are mostly back to normal. We are missing some data for a few orders which we'll start to restore once everything else has fully recovered.
Response times have improved significantly but are still above normal levels
At the moment users may see orders as not found or that they do not have permissions to view them. The API may also incorrectly respond with 404 or 403 error codes.
We are again seeing performance issues and increased error rates.
We are nearing full recovery, but some data for a small number of orders and accounts is still missing. Our team will continue working to restore all data tomorrow, and we will provide an update once this process is complete. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Response times have started to improve and error rates are dropping. Orders, refunds etc placed since the incident started may not yet be visible in the Merchant Hub or Walley App.
