We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.

  • New placed orders are now viewable without delay.
  • Returns and adjustments on orders and credit fees, re sending invoice notifications are still delayed. We expect to be fully in sync in 20 minutes (12:40 Swedish time)

We are currently experiencing slow response times in the Merchant Hub.

This affects viewability of new orders that has been placed. They are still placed but not yet visible in the hub. Actions performed, like activating, editing, cancelling can also have a delayed visibility in the Merchant Hub.

We are working to fix this.
