Site unavailable due to DNS incident
After upgrades to our infrastructure for My Pages there were an incident causing DNS queries to fail for the following sites:
https://minasidor.collector.se https://minside.collector.no https://oma.collector.fi https://minesider.collector.dk https://meineseiten.collectorbank.de https://invoice.collectorbank.com
The result was that during this period most customers were facing a blank screen when visiting any of the above URL's. Very few customer browsers had DNS cached and as a result they could use the site as normal. However our monitoring system also had the DNS cached, which caused our alarms to not trigger immediately.
The DNS was fixed 12:33 CEST and customers could now visit the site again.
